If you love a fresh, crisp tea, our Strawberry Green will be your new favorite. This blend features exotic Sencha tea from the Hunan Province of China and bits of delicious organic papaya and strawberry. It is perfect with desserts, but also makes a refreshing iced tea for summer parties. Our tea bags are biodegradable and easy to use. Organic, responsibly-sourced and sustainable.

Contains 12 organic tea pyramids.

Ingredients: Premium exotic blend of organic green Sencha tea from Hunan Provence of China made to Japanese specifications, organic papaya and organic strawberry pieces with other natural flavors.

Caffeine: Low.

Antioxidant level: High.

Steeping Instructions: Heat purified or spring water to 194 F (90 C). Add 1 tea pyramid per 8 oz of water. Steep 3-5 minutes. After steeping remove the tea to prevent too much astringency. 

Allergen Information: Manufactured on the same facility with tree nuts, almonds, coconuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, wheat, soybeans and gluten.

Today, I am drinking the Strawberry Green Tea from Humming Cup. It's a loose-leaf green tea that is both complex and subtle. I am not usually a fan of flavored teas, but this one is magical. It's a green tea with little bits of papaya and strawberry, so the flavor and aroma is very delicate. This is a great mid-morning treat -- or would probably go great with dessert. And the packaging is outstanding. The tea bags are pyramidal and made out of some silk-like material and the zip-lock bag they come in appears to be of recycled paper. Everything makes for a really nice experience, as drinking tea is meant to be!
